JDGA were engaged by Coltech Engineering, Stowmarket, to provide full detailed mechanical design services.

The project included the installation of heating, cooling, fresh air and domestic water services to this existing two-storey building, providing office accommodation on the first floor and training facilities on the ground floor.

High occupancy figures dictated that space was limited for the required mechanical plant.  REVIT was used to draught the services, enabling visualisation in 3D to aid coordination between services and with existing structural elements.
