JDGA have provided early assistance in this redevelopment project, undertaking strategic services master planning and sustainable energy advice at concept stage.

Phase 1 has included the full design of a new plant room to replacing existing failing heating and hot water services.  The redesign has included strategic services planning to facilitate the construction of the wider redevelopment works.
