JDGA were engaged by the developer to provide M&E performance design duties.

The role of JDGA included proposing and developing an M&E concept that supported the overall requirement for a BREEAM Very Good rating, and providing advice on Low and Zero Carbon technologies.

Particular attention was given to the communication of the design proposals, to ensure the installation met the requirements of all projects stakeholders.
